https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-idr-link-bandwidth is what
most vendors have already, but... most of them have it implemented
wrong at the same time (due to IEEE floating-point, which adds lots of
confusion, IMO).

https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-li-idr-link-bandwidth-ext on
the other hand encodes this just as it is (bytes per second).

Speaking from the FRRouting field, FRR supports both drafts.

P.S. TBH, I'd support "draft-li-idr-link-bandwidth-ext" rather than
"draft-ietf-idr-link-bandwidth".
