Not revved since 2012 seems like a problem.

To me the sticking point with expressing more complex information as
with proposed dump state and control tlvs involves the opportunity to
hose up signaling in new interesting ways.

Whether I think they should be more expressive or not; job's proposal
has the inherent safety of arriving on a cease which I'm pretty sure
doesn't leave much to the imagination.
