COMMENT:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Pradosh, Reshma, Satya, Serge, Rafal, and Akshay,

Thank you for the discussion and for addressing the comments raised in my
previous ballot [1].

The changes made since my first review are great [2]. The description of the
attribute may be enhanced by indicating the scope of the bandwidth value:

CURRENT:
    Local Administrator sub-field:
Bandwidth value (bytes per sec) encoded as 4 octets
in IEEE 754 32-bit floating point format.

Thanks again for the sustained effort and perseverance over 16 years to publish
this useful feature as an RFC.

Cheers,
Med
