[Idr] Re: Call for IETF 120 IDR agenda items

Jie,

The authors for BGP BFD strict would like to have a slot for IDR to discuss the updates that will be done next week.

There is significant overlap in our discussion vs. the BGP state machine work done for BGP-QUIC and sendholdtimer.  I think we may need at most 10 minutes, but if coordination with that prior topic lets us, we may be able to reduce to 5.
