Despite the smiley, I took the 'decade' part as a serious remark about
the document's volatility.

Since we are past IETF Draft submission cutoff date for IETF97 in Seoul,
I can't submit the draft. However this would be my proposed -02 version
based on the feedback so far received in this thread.
