Hi Everyone,

The authors have updated the IANA section to address AD concerns about the allocation policy. What was previously FCFS is now Expert Review, with guidance to the reviewers in line with what’s in the flow-spec-v6 draft. We’ll continue forward with this version. FYI & comment if any.
