Hi, Jim:

Although the static routing is used as examples in the draft, the issues
are generic between BGP and RIB, regardless of the source/protocol of the
RIB route. The proposed solution is also generic. We will look at the draft
to see if there are places that need to be generalized.

Yes, the issues and the proposed solution are AFI/SAFI agnostic as long as
the AFI/SAFI has similar RIB interaction (i.e., route redistribution and
download) and uses the same BGP route selection algorithm.
