This draft introduces a BGP policy-based solution for source address validation in inter-domain networks. To address improper block or permit questions caused by incomplete/inaccuracy SAV rules, this draft describes a BGP mechanism to validate the accuracy of incoming interface of source address packets. 

A central concept for the BGP method introduced in this draft is to use secure domain to ensure the source prefixes in the same domain communicate securely.  The secure domain will be added when BGP route prefix is advertised to its BGP neighbor.  Meanwhile, the incoming interface of the source address packets should create binding with specific secure domain and then the routers generate prefix-to-interface SAV rules and apply this filtering policy to achieve source address validation.

We have requested a time slot for the draft discusstion at SAVNET WG. Considering it's BGP method related (no extension to BGP for the current method), we'd like to ask for your review, feedback and comments, much appreciated.
