[Idr] [IANA #1237940] expert review for draft-ietf-idr-bgp-ls-flex-algo (bgp-ls-parameters)

Thanks for the review. Just to confirm, should IANA make the assignment for "Unknown Algorithm" TLV now or wait until the document is approved for publication?
