I have read the draft， and I think it is useful.  I have some comments, please see below:



section 2.2  Segment List Administrative Flags Sub-TLV

S-Flag: Indicates the CP is in an administrative shut state when set.

This S- Flag in Segment List Administrative Flags Sub-TLV should indicate the AdminState of the Segment List of CandidatePath , not the AdminState of  the CP.

[Changwang] Yes, this refers to the administrative status of the segment list, and the description will be updated in the next version.





IANA Considerations

The newly defined sub-TLV is not under the "SR Policy Segment List AdminState Sub-TLVs" registry, and writing this way will mistakenly think that the "SR Policy Segment List AdminState Sub-TLVs" defined by [I-D.ietf-idr-sr-policy-safi] . Please update it. Thanks.
