Replying to your review E-Mail is clearly planned. However, first we work on resolving the issues. The suggested solutions to the issues you raised will be sent out via the mailing list as this is the primary way of communication here. Some of the changes are much clearer to be tracked down in detail in small chunks of diffs (as we have in commits and the associated github issues) then in a Email or even the final resulting document. I will keep you and IDR updated about the progress.
