Is the plan to revive fast-connection-restore draft with new Edge
Discriminator attribute tie breaker,  and not update RFC 7911 w/ path-id as
the tie breaker.

I support this plan and would be happy to contribute and collaborate  on
the fast-connection-restore draft.
