Jeff, Alvaro, and Adrian: 

I will check with the 2nd implementer of
draft-ietf-idr-bgp-extended-messages to see if he has implemented the draft.
The implementation was contingent on the early allocation.

Exactly!  If we're anywhere close (I don't think so) then we might need the
extended-messages faster..
