o   IDR session at IETF will discuss IPSEC + tunnel additions.  New tunnel
additions will go in another draft. 

.         draft-ietf-optimal-route-refresh - Draft uploaded, Shepherd double
checking IESG  package

o   IETF IESG package from IDR is implementation reports, document,
shepherd's report.
