​If you have 500 peerings and 1 joins or leaves it is a bit of a hassle ​to
go around and adjust peering relationship.

That's why we have a draft which solves this problem by automating
auto-discovery allowing for full control and data plane congruence.

RS in this case is just a peering database and is not used for any real
reachability routes exchange.
