Re: [Idr] I-D Action: draft-ietf-idr-bgp-nh-cost-02.txt

I notice this version is a big update compared to previous versions – you've abandoned NH-SAFI and are using BGP-LS instead. I personally have no problem with this change, but considering it's a working group draft, I think it would be a good idea for the authors to provide the WG with a summary of the motivation for the change.
