Working Group,

This update to the draft reflects discussion and consensus from the BGP
Autoconfiguration interim earlier this week.

Note that despite the draft name as draft-ietf-idr, this document is NOT yet
formally adopted by the WG, and has the name only due to a procedural issue.

Abstract:

   This document is not intended to become an RFC.
