Hi, Sue/All. I support the adoption of this draft. I also agree with Robert's comments that we can consider alternative encoding. 1. Does this mechanism solve the problem we have discussed in interims on AIGP metrics? Yes. The procedures described in this draft solved the problem. 2. Are there any downsides to using NHC? None in the current version. 3. Do you support IDR working on this mechanism? Yes. The procedures for detecting discontinuity might be useful in other cases. Thanks!
