Linda: You asked a great question, but unfortunately, it is hard to say exactly. We work on our queues continually. If something gets blocked for a chair, they move down the queue. See https://github.com/ietf-wg-idr/idr-chairs - for our weekly notes on our action per chair and as a group. items. Realize that the chairs work down their queues in the following order to WG LC 1) Things that are returned from IESG – that need follow-up (see page 7 of the IDR chair’s slides) 2) Things in our Shepherd’s queue After WG LC (see page 8 in IDR chair’s slides) 3) Pending WG LC ( Slide 9 of the IDR chair’s slides) The WG LC has the following things: 1. draft-ietf-idr-4360-bis- (Shepherd: Keyur Patel) (top of queue because of need for bis) 2. draft-ietf-idr-flowspec-redirect-ip-04 (Shepherd: Sue Hares) – Returned from IESG, but -04 needs an implementation report 3. draft-ietf-idr-ts-flowspec-srv6-07 – (Shepherd: Sue H WG LC requires draft-ietf-idr-flowspec-redirect-04) 4. draft-ietf-idr-nhc-00 – (Shepherd: Sue Hares) – part of WG LC document entropy draft with 2 implementations 5. draft-ietf-idr-rt-derived-community-05 – Shepherd: Jie, awaiting Pre-WG LC review – in process, almost done 6. draft-ietf-idr-5g-edge-service-metadata– Shepherd: All Chairs, (Request: 7/21/2025) ETA is hard to say. draft-ietf-idr-5g-edge-service-metadata takes getting all the chairs to review and then go to WG LC. Note that all of the one’s above it, except for draft-ietf-idr-4360bis, have been a WG LC already (in some fashion). Now, we are trying to resolve open issues. So – watch github and we’ll try to announce if the WG LC for draft-ietf-idr-5g-edge-service-metadata is close at hand.
