Hi authors, I have seen the update about the draft and have a question about the section 4. 4<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-spaghetti-idr-bgp-sendholdtimer-03#section-4>. Send Hold Timer Expired Error Handling If a system does not send and receive successive KEEPALIVE, UPDATE, and/or NOTIFICATION messages within the period specified in the Send Hold Time, then the BGP connection is closed and a log message is emitted. Here it said the system doesn't send and receive such messages. BGP have Hold Timer, and the Send hold timers' value is suggest to larger than Hold Timer. If we can't receive such messages, the Hold Timer will expired. So why we need consider not received such messages here. Regards, Haibo
