more elaborate syntax assumes an enthusiasm by mailbox providers to
create an elaborate UI for what is currently reasonably simple

why do you need to tell the sender why the unsubscribe has occurred ?
what do you imagine they are going to do differently ??

is it perhaps that you merely want to see 1-click-unsub on a wider range
of email than Yahgoogle currently requires it ? because if so, lobbying
large MBPs is probably going to more effective (and possibly even
quicker) than trying to build a email standards camel to rival the DNS
version.
