Right.

Also:

   <contact fullname="Ole Trøan (Ole Troan)."/>

would be an abuse of the element. Should be:

   <contact fullname="Ole Trøan" asciiFullname="Ole Troan"/>.

(That said, the ASCII version IMHO is not needed here anyway)
