So I'm sure i'm doing this all wrong, but scraping
https://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/ I see 121 WGs.

running a bunch of curl against github.com/ietf-wg-<wg>

I end up with
  26 200
  95 404

I am sure the secretariat has better numbers
