We have received the official letter from the Korean Consulate
stating that US Citizens attending the IETF Meeting in Seoul do 
not need a visa to enter the country.

The letter is in .pdf format and is located on the Visa information

click on "official letter" towards the bottom of the page.

Visa information for all other countries is located on the Visa
information page through the Ministry of Korea link located at
the bottom of page.
