This document updates "Address-Protected Neighbor Discovery for
Low-Power and Lossy Networks" (RFC 8928) by changing the position of
the C-flag in the Extended Address Registration Option (EARO) and
registering it with IANA.

This document is a product of the IPv6 over Networks of Resource-constrained Nodes Working Group of the IETF.

This is now a Proposed Standard.
