The Improved Cross-Area Review (icar) WG in the General Area has concluded. The IESG contact person is Brian Carpenter. Unfortunately, the experiment in early cross-area review of Internet Drafts by the ICAR WG has failed to gain enough momentum. For this reason, the WG is being closed. Thanks to the WG members, and specifically to the chairs, and authors/editors, for their efforts. The WG mailing list will be closed shortly. Nevertheless, the IESG remains concerned about improving cross-area review within the IETF. The IESG has launched an internal project to consider what to do in this area. _______________________________________________ IETF-Announce mailing list IETF-Announce@ietf.org https://www1.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/ietf-announce
