Things WG (suit) to consider the following document: - 'Update Management
Extensions for Software Updates for Internet of
   Things (SUIT) Manifests'
  <draft-ietf-suit-update-management-10.txt> as Proposed Standard

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits final
comments on this action. Please send substantive comments to the

Abstract


   This specification describes extensions to the SUIT manifest format.
   These extensions allow an update author, update distributor or device
   operator to more precisely control the distribution and installation
   of updates to devices.  These extensions also provide a mechanism to
   inform a management system of Software Identifier and Software Bill
   Of Materials information about an updated device.
