Since early morning of June 25th (EDT), some people have complained about
experiencing payment problem for the IETF 66 registration. This problem has
existed due to the data center migration of VeriSign, who is the credit card
payment processor. The new ip address for the Verisign's payment server is still
being propagated, so it may still exist in some part of the world that cannot
make a credit card payment.
If anyone still sees the connection failure error, please return to the Payment
Online page (http://www.ietf.org/meetings/66-payform.html) no later than Noon,
June 30th (EDT), and pay your fee online.

We are sorry for any confusion due to this problem.

The IETF Secretariat.
