The IETF Administration LLC has recently completed three consultations, =
which have resulted in the following actions:

1. Consultation on a proposed IETF LLC Community Engagement Policy [1]
Following an extensive community discussion the proposed policy was =
significantly amended to remove the sections that many felt were =
unnecessary or needed rewording. The amended policy has been approved by =
the LLC Board and published [2]. One important aspect of the final =
policy is that we will be introducing a new mailing list, after IETF =
109, for LLC administrative discussions. A separate announcement will =
be made when that is ready.

2. Consultation on a proposed update to the IETF LLC Endowment Policy =
[3]
One comment was received around the process and none about the =
substance. This policy has been approved by the LLC Board and published =
[4].

3. Consultation on changes to the IETF meeting venue identification and =
selection process [5]
No comments were received. The changes to this process have now been =
implemented [6]. There will be a follow-up consultation later on the =
specific questions we ask when conducting our initial assessment.

Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions.

Jay
