cipher algorithm for the Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP)
and the secure Real-time Transport Control Protocol (SRTCP) in
Multimedia Internet KEYing (MIKEY).  This document is not an Internet 
Standards Track specification; it is published for informational purposes.
