We have received a report of scammers targeting IETF 121 Dublin participants, aiming to sell hotel bookings by pretending to be an official agent. This scam is in the form of the email shown below from operation@gtravelhosting.com but they are known to also use support@gtravelmanagement.com, bookings@gtravelservices.com and reservations@gtravelhosting.com. We do not yet know how many people have been contacted or how they have obtained email addresses. If you have received such an email then please forward it to support@ietf.org to help us track and investigate this.
