The NomCom is pleased to announce the selection of Jon Peterson for the position of IETF Trust Trustee. Jon will join the other trustees (https://trustee.ietf.org/about/trustees/) in March of 2024, replacing Joel Halpern. Jon will bring a long and decorated history of service to the IETF in almost every available capacity, plus a depth of experience in the management of intellectual property to the Trust. The NomCom wishes to thank Jon for being willing to serve, Joel for his dedicated service as Trustee, and the community for their support in the selection process.
