Abstract Syntax Notation X (ASN.X) is an

Extensible Markup Language (XML) representation for

Abstract Syntax Notation One (ASN.1) specifications.

This document specifies the ASN.X representation of

encoding instructions for the XML Encoding Rules (XER).  This memo 

defines an Experimental Protocol for the Internet community.





EXPERIMENTAL: This memo defines an Experimental Protocol for the Internet 

community. It does not specify an Internet standard of any kind. Discussion

and suggestions for improvement are requested.  Distribution of this memo 

is unlimited.



This announcement is sent to the IETF list and the RFC-DIST list.
