IAB report to the community for IETF 122

Hello all,

As IETF 122 is about to start, the IAB would like to share the report on
its activity since the last meeting. You can find the report on

Some highlights:

- IABOPEN will be meeting twice at IETF 122. The second session will be
focused on the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS+20) process
[1].

- The IAB will be providing a New Work Help Desk twice at IETF 122 (during
Tuesday Session II and Thursday Session I slots, near IETF registration).
If you have questions about how to bring new work to the IETF, please drop
by!

- The IAB has appointed Dirk Kutscher as the incoming IRTF Chair starting
at IETF 122. We thank Colin Perkins for his years of service, and thank
Dirk for stepping up!

- The IAB is working on updates to the RFCs on liaison management [2][3].
Reviews and comments are welcome!

- Draft workshop reports from the AI-CONTROL workshop [4] and the Next Era
of Network Management Operations (NEMOPS) workshop [5] have been posted.
