Hi - The IETF LLC adopted our first policies [1] in October 2019. As we have moved from bi-weekly to monthly board meetings, we identified a gap in our policy for approving and posting meeting minutes on a timely basis.  

As a result, we have updated the minutes policy [2] with the following additions of text:
- Minutes shall be approved within two weeks of a board meeting.
- IETF Secretariat will post the minutes to the IETF LLC website as soon as possible after they have been approved by the board.
