following document: - 'Incremental Forwarding of HTTP Messages'
  <draft-ietf-httpbis-incremental-03.txt> as Proposed Standard

Abstract


   This document specifies the "Incremental" HTTP header field, which
   instructs HTTP intermediaries to forward the HTTP message
   incrementally.
