# Hotel Reservations 

Reminder to book your hotel reservation at the Futian Shangri-La, the IETF 125 headquarter hotel and meeting venue. The cut-off date to make your reservation is Monday, February 23, 2026. After this date, all unsold rooms will be released, and attendees will need to book outside of the IETF group rate. We strongly encourage you to book your accommodations prior to the block ending as higher rates will apply and availability is not guaranteed.

# Half-day tours available
Thanks to Global Host Huawei for helping to organize half-day tours for IETF 125 participants. 

There are four tours to choose from, and an offering for Tai-Chi classes with a Tai-Chi master in the mornings at the Futian Shangri-la. The four afternoon tours range from seeing Sun Yat-sen’s former residence, exploring the electronics market and Dafen Oil Painting Village, and so much more! 

These half-day tours have a minimum of ten people, and registration and payment for the activity must be completed by 6 March. Registration may be completed by sending an email to: [e-mail] with your preferred route and day.
