1. Registration:

Early Bird Deadline

	The early bird deadline for registration is Monday, September 30th.
	Be sure to register and pay before the deadline passes!
	Register online at: https://www.ietf.org/how/meetings/register/

	NOTE: If you have started the registration process but not completed
	payment, your registration record will be deleted at UTC 23:59 on
	September 30. After September 30 at UTC 23:59 you will be required to
	re-enter your data and the registration fee will be $875 USD until
	the next registration deadline on November 4th, at which the
	registration fee will become $1,000 USD.

2. Visas & Letters of Invitation:
	
	Moratel International, the connectivity sponsor for IETF 106, has agreed to provide 
	letters of invitation. Letters of invitation are available through the registration
	system. Once you register for IETF 106 you may request a local
	letter of invitation through a link in your confirmation email or
	the self-service portal. 

	If you’ve previously attended an IETF meeting, you can request a
	letter of invitation here: https://www.ietf.org/registration/letterofinvite/singleletter.py
	If IETF 106 will be your first IETF meeting, you are required to
	complete payment of your meeting registration prior to requesting a
	letter of invitation. Once registration and payment are completed, you
	may request a letter of invitation through a link in your confirmation
	email or in the self-service portal.

5. Code Sprint	

	The IETF 106 Code Sprint in Singapore will, as
	always, let you work on fixing those things about the datatracker
	which you most urgently desire to do something about.

6.  Hackathon

	The IETF is holding a Hackathon at IETF 106 to encourage
 	developers to discuss, collaborate and develop utilities, ideas,
 	sample code and solutions that show practical implementations of
 	IETF standards.
