On February 20, 2006, JFC Morfin appealed to the IESG "against AD decision: one must clear the confusion opposing the RFC 3066 Bis consensus"; see http://www.ietf.org/IESG/APPEALS/morfin-appeal-feb-20-2006.txt This appears to be an additional appeal against the approval of draft-ietf-ltru-registry-14.
