Here is the second of 5 sets of forms for ISO 639-3 changes. See the first of these posts for general information.
 
The most noteworthy change in this group is that Tasmanian ('xtz') was split into nine separate languages. This is not much different from other splits except in the sheer numbers. There may appear to be a lot of repetition.
 
The addition of Kuku ('ukv') is shown in both Sections 2 and 4 of the Summary of Outcomes document, probably because it was proposed as part of a split which was otherwise rejected. The forms for the Registry are in this section.
