Thanks, Peter. Your help will certainly be useful, much appreciated. I do not think that the cooperation on TR 21636 and BCP47 necessarily needs to go via participating in ISO TC37/SC2/WG*1*, but those who what to cooperate need a legal way to have access to the TR drafts.
