Here is the first set of new subtag paperwork for this year's round of ISO 639-3 changes. There are 53 changes in total.

This block covers the changes in part 1 of the Summary of Outcomes document, "Deprecations (retirements) from other than a split of a language code element." As always, I will split up these posts by part and order the subtags within each email as they are ordered in the document, for (hopefully) relative ease in reviewing. For each subtag, the proposed record is presented first, followed by the registration form.

The review period for all of these changes runs through Thursday, February 24, 2022 AoE. If you need more time to review them, please say so on the list.
