That was a different point.  My point is that there are many people in
Newfoundland & Labrador who speak general Canadian English, or American
English, or RP.  If everyone agrees that the distinction is unimportant
(obviously not every anglophone in the US speaks or writes en-US either),
then I'll shut up.
