I believe it is too general and therefore could mean anything.

The rules for Oxford English Dictionary spelling are laid down by one organization. 

My thinking was that wpsimple would be similar: the rules for Wikipedia’s Simple English spelling are laid down by one organization. And if any of their other language-versions were to come up with a simple version, then the prefix for those could be specified. 

Why is this problematic?
