Rich,

Looking back through my email archives, I see that I joined the list on
3/25/09. It was formed as a result of the plenary discussion at the March
2009 IETF meeting (who says that nothing ever results from those
discussions?). It’s a discussion list about the nomcom process, but not a
part of the actual process itself.
