That is, the 'about another' is a subset of what it covers. Simple example: Suppose I do not want my date of birth freely distribute. I want to control that information. It's 'about' me. It's not 'about' your distributing it. It's about your /seeing/ it. From me (or anyone else). This translates into "privacy relates to controlling disclosure of information about a person or organization."
