General question: Whats the right mailing list for discuss/problem like this

Disclaimer: I really hate mail these days.
[ First it is gmail.com rejecting a lot of mails, punishing valid senders because
they're too lazy to do something better against real spammers.]

And now this.

See appended, CarstenB complained about my university (@cs.fau.de) mailing system
rejecting emails from the IETF list mail 50.223.129.194 (from cbor mailing list,
which he is admin of), resulting now in my membership (tte+ietf@cs.fau.de) in cbor@ietf.org
to be automatically blocked by the IETF mail server. And me not even seemingly able to
resubscribe.

Yada yada yada (see mail error below), my university seems to use
abusix.com blacklist discovery, and the IETF mail server is actually
on their Spam blocklist:

https://lookup.abusix.com/search?q=50.223.129.194

If i read correctly what they write, they must have honetrap domain names,
but given how i thought the IETF mailing list subscription system does
verify domain names, i wonder how those honeytraps could get into thre
distributions...

In any case... What's next ? Do i need to click on the "Remove from list"
button there, or does this occurance justify a more basic reaction, such
as checking the IETF mailing list subscriptions against honeytrap domains ?

And... whats my best (least overhead) action to ensure my email subscription gets re-enabled
on all the IETF mailing lists where it may get disabled because of rejecting
emails from IETF mailing list server... ?

Cheers
    Toerless
