I am all for 10:00 starting times in countries where this is the norm. 
Germany isn't one of them.

I was extremely surprised when I noticed the general move to 10:00 and I 
am opposed to it. I do not feel this was adequately communicated and 
discussed. First it was announced as a temporary move because of B.A local 
customs, then now all of a sudden it's said to conitnue without notice of 
such.
