I didn’t respond before, but I can say they don’t have, at the time being, a venue which can host an IETF.

We have got already a couple of LACNIC meetings there, the last one a couple of weeks ago. It was good for the size of the LACNIC meeting, but I don’t think for 1.200+ participants.

I don't think they are building anything new for that size in the 2-3 years terms, when we will need to contract it if we expect to go there in 5 years.
