I think it's interesting that IESG's list of bad behavior cites "sexist 
comments or overtones" and "racist comments or overtones", but not 
"ageist comments or overtones" and actually appears to endorse ageism: 
'Avoiding bad behavior between "old-timers" and those who "can take 
it"'... thus explicitly associating "bad behavior" with age.

And while I think it's fine to try to draft a list of bad behavior - 
because I definitely appreciate efforts to define that more precisely - 
is it really fine to try to enforce that list without getting IETF 
consensus on it?
